Consent to processing of personal data

Hereby, in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006, freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, I express my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data by LitTransService LLC, registered in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation at the address: Russian Federation, 127015, Moscow, Butyrskaya St., 67, p. 1, room. 1, pom. 4 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator). Personal Data – any information related to a certain or determined on the basis of such information natural person. This Consent is given by me to process the following personal data:

  • Phone
  • E-mail
  • Comment

The consent is given to the Operator to perform the following actions with my personal data using automation and/or without using such means: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, depersonalization, transfer to third parties for the purposes specified below, as well as any other actions provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, both by non-automated and automated means. This consent is given to the Operator and third party(ies) to process my personal data for the following purposes:

  • provision of services/works to me sending notifications to my address regarding the services/works provided to me

  • preparing and sending responses/commercial offers to my requests

  • sending to my address information, including advertising information, about the Operator’s events/goods/services/works.

This consent shall be valid until revoked by sending a corresponding notice to the e-mail address lts@littrans.ru. In case I withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue the processing of personal data without my consent on the grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 26.06.2006.
